
Final Project


Creating our score
This is Milo in class working on creating our score for our final piece. We chose Milo to do this seeing as he had worked on creating music digitally in his Music A-level class and so me and Wasim had let him take control whilst we had aided our ears into the process.
Creating the costume
Although i do not appear our group and actor are shown to be getting ready whilst Milo tries to make his costume appear more rough as if he had actually been sleeping on the streets by throwing his jumper onto the ground and constantly making it seem more scruffy.
First bit of tilting
Our first bit of titling is reflective of our struggle to begin to edit as Milo had fallen ill within production, however, we still managed to make use of our time in school by beginning with our titling.
The story board
Although there had been some alterations from the original storyboard we had still been bake to keep some elements such as the kidnapping scene. The changes had been mainly due to Milo's absence and the lack of time we had to film after he returned, however, the essence of the first story still remained



Risk Assessment
The risk assessemnt had been done based on the previous filming attempt and recordes the risk of having Milo climb up trees and carrying the equipment without adult supervision into the forest. However it does not the mention the use of the smoke grenade whcih did come with its risks, seeing as I was the one had unleashed the smoke i had felt the heat on my hand and the possible damage it could have done if i was not careful with the distance i had held it away from me. Furthermore we also had to call the police in order to let it off seeing as someone could have thought it was a fire or some sort of help beacon.
Casting
Milo Brennan
Milo was within our main group an dhad volunteered to act. He had been perfect for the role mainly becuase the character had been scripted to our overall ideas. He was a young teenager and had been a really good actor
Tom
Milo had casted Tom seeing as they had went to the same secondary school. He was reliable and within the same age group as us and so there was no confusion with the age diferrence although Tom's appearnce could be fooled to be older seeing as he has a beard
Gokce Bereket
Gokce is another media student who had previously helped us with the prelimanary and had offred to help us agan seeing as we had lost a member of our group who was also the main actor. She had recorded the voice over, which was later replaced with Milo's on his return. We had also thought of having a female protagonist seeing as it could add something different within our piece which was dominated by male actors.
